    Organizing Your Recipes

    ORGANIZING YOUR RECIPES
NeatReceipts makes it easy to digitally organize those paper recipes you've collected over the years: the ones clipped from magazines and newspapers, and the precious hand-written recipes passed down from your family.

Now you can scan and save them all digitally so they're protected and easy to find when you need them.

Say goodbye to loose piles of papers, and get organized digital files on your computer!

    GETTING STARTED
Here you can find some tips and instructions to use NeatReceipts for recipes:

In the NeatReceipts document organizer, you can create folders to manage all of your receipts.  The system is easy to configure to your needs, so you create one folder for all your recipes, or many folders to separate different types of recipes.

As you scan your recipes into a folder or folders, you can give each recipe further descriptions as needed. For example, you might consider using the "Category" and "Document Type" columns for descriptors like "Main Courses", "Chicken", "Kid Friendly", or "Desserts".

Attached are some screen shots of recipes organized with NeatReceipts, and a sample PDF of some recipes that you could email to your favorite chef!

    Re: Organizing Your Recipes

I have a question about compiling a "book" of 157 scanned recipe cards from my grandmother's recipe box.  I tried to import the entire folder of 157 recipes to word and it would not work.  Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

Can you tell me where the screen shots are?  I need "visual" help organizing this program.  Thanks
