    another night another ... not being able to use neat receipts...good bye paper (unless you have vista or a 64 bit os)...

    There are no plans at this time to support 64-bit.

    If this changes, I will post an update.

    I posted a response on 8/30.  We do not have plans to support 64-bit at this time.  If this changes, I will post an update.

    sorry its very frustrating to have a product that dosnt work.  "bugging" the company appears to be the only recourse.

    Look for the M12 drivers ... it seems as if Plustek is the OEM of the neatreceipts scanner.

    Mileage may vary since I have found my copy of Neatreceipts to be incompatible with both Vista 64, and VMWare hosted by Vista 64 with an XP32 guest OS.

    hey M, several problems with the idea: #1. website said http error 403 (forbidden) #2. the usage of this might somehow void the warranty... #3. it is bound to be a frustrating (read time wasting) experience... How much time did you spend trying to get VM ware to work??? Just wondered

    I just received my neat receipt reader and i can honestly say how laughable was the fact that the drivers were for only windows 2000 & XP. 

    When i came to download the vista drivers it was just simply disapointing that there is no 64 bit support.  Unfortunetly i am one of those with a high powered pc...

    whats next neat receipt people? i will be looking to return my neat receipt reader...

    seems like the only way we will have 1/2 a chance at better support is if we get a lot of signatures.
