Hello, My scanner came with NeatReceipts v2.1.1 software for Win 2000 & XP. I purchased the v3 upgrade disc (which is actually v3.0.4) for Win XP & Vista. I was just tring to install NR 3.0 on my vista x64 - NR states the 64 bit os is not supported.  What can I do? thanks, Dave
