Why am I not finding any way to adjust the image? Is this a feature available only with certain software versions? Here lies the problem. I am running NeatReceipts on Vista using Parallels. I just bought and upgraded to 3.0.4, so I just paid for it this morning hoping it would fix it.

Something's wrong with your Ask A Question. Here's the scenario:
1. I log in customer support site.
2. I click on Ask A question and filled in necessary details.
3. It always brings me to a page to create a new account WHEN I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT.
