Here lies the problem. I am running NeatReceipts on Vista using Parallels. I just bought and upgraded to 3.0.4, so I just paid for it this morning hoping it would fix it.

I am not sure if it is a hardware or software problem, but I have tried scanning the calibration sheet, a receipt, and a business card.
