Every so often NEAT Receipts crashes on my computer and loses data. I don't know the technical details of how SQL Server works, but shouldn't every transaction be committed to the database? I just scanned some receipts, edited some existing receipts, created a new Folder and moved some receipts from one folder to the new folder.

With all due respect, your two sentence answer to the issues addressed in the previous poster's message was just the response to keep us skeptical. I am pleased to see that you can scan directly to pdf in 3.0. It was a pain to scan a document into NeatReceipts' proprietary file and then have to export out. Direct to pdf ...

The backed up version is compressed to 33 megabytes. That means the data and backup are already up to 161 MB for only 90 receipts. If the size of the database keeps increasing at this ...

I thought that when I added more memory to my computer that I would be fine to run this program but I just found out that I need at least 1 GB of memory in order to run it. Why is so much memory necessary and is there a way to just use it as a plug and play scanner without loading everything on the computer? I have a Compaq Presario ...

For the first 5 or 6 months the software was working fine, then occasionally the amount field would appear as $299.99 no matter what the actual amount was. Lately it has been every scan. I am guessing that something in the database is causing the problem but I don't know where to look or how to find it. Anyone having similar ...

Dan,
How are you integrating Paper Tiger into NR? I was originally looking into getting The Paper Tiger myself but I bought NR instead. I already use a similar system as The Paper Tiger (Microsoft Access) for my filing cabinet organization. I was hoping to use NR to as a replacement or an enhancement to my organization system. To me it ...
