I'm having the same problem, I posted on the "ask a question" a week and a half ago and three times since and no reply,
everytime I sart NR or try to backup I get this in the error log
I am at the end of my tether with it, , anyone please help!

I second that motion - I'm getting the same error. 3.0.3 seems to be working fine, but 3.0.4 will not install. Jenn, Mike, anybody?
