  • 64 bit Vista

    I bought Neat Desktop, and I have to take it back because it doesn't support Vista x64.  Might be time to bite the bullet and write a signed 64bit driver.  Can't be that hard right?  Don't you guys have one laying around there internally?  Is it the driver or some SQL issue? Thanks,   MR

    I have worked with Tech Support in all versions of NR from 2.3 upwards to get the scanner driver problem resolved in Vista 32 bit.  Every tech support person seems ignorant of the problem and no one has any solutions.  I have also tried drivers from the scanner manufacturer without success.  This scanner worked perfectly on an XP ...
