I just installed a new NEAT scanner (has 2 buttons on top) that came with version 3 software.  It started scanning and then crashed my system twice.  I went on the website and upgraded to 4.0.  After installing 4.0, it gives me an error when I go to scan.  It says The Neat Mobile Scanner Failed. I don't see a way to rescan the current receipt if you do not like the way it turns out the first time

When or how often should you re-calibrate the scanner? The on-line help says, "It's sometimes necessary to calibrate your scanner so that it scans with peak accuracy." How do you know when you get to one of those "sometimes?"

Jenn mentioned in another thread that NR would be able to use any scanner recognized by Image Capture. This is great news, as I get a lot of receipts that are multiple-full-page in format, and these are much easier scanned with my other scanner's ADF. But, I can't get it to work.
