Is there a way that the neat reciepts data can be accessed from a different pc? We would liek to be able to scan reciepts in and have our remote admin (who uses term services to another computer) be able to access the data as needed.

No, the data is stored locally on the machine.  If the other user has NeatReceipts installed on his machine, folders and files can be emailed to him.

WOW......any chance of this feature ever being added? I will play with that but not sure that is a good way for us as we only use neat reciepts in our office.

A web-based version will be available in the future.  However, I do not have firm details at this time.

I have found a way to use neat receipts with windows server 2003 over remote desktop.  From the command line, you can type mstsc -v:[computer name] /f -console.  This console session is if you are logged in directly to the server.  Hope this helps.

Did you just say that if you have one computer (A) doubling as a server using XP, another computer (B) ,which can use MS Access to gain access to A where the data is stored, NR can not be accessed on A from B?
