When the scanner doesn't pick up all the information for the forms, I was able, during my first few hours of use, to fill in blanks manually. But now the software will only let me input the date and the amount. On all other entries it doesn't recognize my keyboard. I have an iMac G4.
I will appreciate any suggestions.
