As almost all processors support 64-bit now, a lot of us are moving to OSes that utilize it. Please make your software installable and useable on the x64 Windows XP and Vista. Many 32-bit apps work fine already; your's is one of the exceptions.

Thanks Auldian for your feedback. I will add this in our feature requests section. However, we have no timeline to release a 64-bit supported installation.

Let me just reiterate the need for x64 support.  Over half of the systems currently offered by major manufacturers are 64-bit machines, the market is pushing this direction and OEM/ODMs that fail to stay at least in step with the market will quickly fall behind their competitors.  Shame on me, I didn't check for 64-bit support before I purchased the receipt scanner.  I just returned the biz card scanner because of lack of 64-bit support.  I bought one that did support Vista 64.  If you have a marketing department, get them off their keisters, they are failing to understand your customer demographic.

I too just bought Neat Receipts 3.0 and didn't realize that it wouldn't work on my Vista x64.

Very unfortunate, and yet all of my other 32bit apps work fine in 64bit, including: itunes, motherboard utilities, firefox, vmware, virus scanning, photoshop and the flatbed scanner. You need to address whatever the issue is, I'm honestly VERY surprised that Neat Receipts doesn't work.

I am upgrading my main computer system this week. Are you saying I won't be able to install NR on Vista-64bit?
