    Shared access to database

    So far a great product.....


    Except that my wife / bookkeeper can't access my scans from her computer! I talked her into buying this product, and we can't access the same data. There's something wrong with this picture.

    Now stop and think people, how many secretary / boss or salesman / dispatcher scenarios can you go through before you realize that a network database is more of a requirement than an option???

    That would be nice. What would be REAL nice is some ability to do multiple databases.

     Come on already Neatreceipts... Two years now I've been asking for this? I'm sure a lot of people here would like to keep work and personal stuff separate. Or for someone like me that contracts for three or four companies it would be VERY helpful....

    Hopefully, the upcoming version will add the ability to share the database.  Improving productivity does not include, scan, export, and then import just to get all the date into the needed location.  Yes, we still need the ability to utilize stand alone databases for the field users, but in the office, a common database will handle most situations. Yes, it would be important to be able to select the database at start up or even better after the application is up, depending on which item is to be scanned.
