I put this in the troubleshooting section, but no one seems to be looking there so I'm posting it again here:
Installed NR on my Mac Mini. Had trouble the first time using NR as it did not see the scanner. Tech support had me restart twice. NR then saw scanner. Since then, I unplugged scanner to free up USB port. Decided to do some scanning later. Plugged scanner back in and nothing happens. Put a piece of paper into scanner and it doesn't grab it. Choose "scan" from NR menu and it tells me there's no paper in scanner (there is). OPened up Image Capture and it sees scanner. This is very buggy. I can't use this, especially if I have to restart my machine in order for NR to see the scanner properly. Any suggestions?
