    Move between libraries?

I have three NR libraries (i.e. separate NR databases) - personal, work, and my new default one. I found that by using a default database in the default folder, everything works MuCH better, BUT I am left with my two original ones, each of which has 600-1000 documents and receipts in it.

I would like to consolidate the personal and work database into the default NEAT Library, by moving the items in it to the default library.

Is there any way to do this?

    Re: Move between libraries?

I have the same problem. Except in my circumstance, I started using it on my work laptop. Then, after testing it out and deciding to use it at home instead of the PC version, I installed it on my home computer where it will be used ongoing.  I did not really even think about it as most applications have import/export features.  Now I am stuck with two separate libraries.

Can I combine two libraries, or perform some sort of Export / Import?

    Thanks

    Re: Move between libraries?

The easiest way to transfer items between libraries is to simply open both windows, and drag the items between them. A useful shortcut is to  select one item in a collection then press Cmd-A to select all items for dragging. You can drag multiple items from the table view or the icon view. To grab an item in the table view, use the preview image as a hangle.
