Is there a way to change the default e-mail program NR uses to e-mail PDFs? I notice that it opens Apple's Mail program, but I never use that. All my contacts are updated and kept current in Entourage (synced with my Treo). So it would be helpful if I could tell NeatReceipts to use Entourage instead of Mail.  

I'd sure like to export to an excel spreadsheet an expense report form such as is available in version 3.0 for windows, but the only Mac export option I see is to export to csv. Am I missing the idiot button or is this not yet available on the Mac?    

I see that you will likely be adding financial software export in version 2.0.  That's not a problem for me.  I'm guessing that for this export you'll be targeting Quicken as there are obviously a lot of Quicken users on the Mac.  But I'd like to request/suggest that you make sure Neat Receipts can also export ...

The export to Excel 2007 stumbles when it tries to arrange the receipt images.  It looks like the new Excel version saves in a new extension .xlsx and when it saves to the old 2003 format it stripps away the macros.  This is a major pain.  The data mapping does work however.

Is anyone else having an issue with exporting to Excel 2007.  The data map exports correctly but the receipts are stacking on one another.  This probably has something to do with how Excel handles macros in 2007.  Please help if you know a work around.  I just got this new laptop pre-installed with Office 2007 and this is a ...

I also cannot export to Excel 2007.  The data map works well but the receipts don't export right.  They stack on top of each other and don't align with their reference numbers.  Business are moving to Office 2007 and Neat Receipts needs to step up!

I am getting the same thing.  When I try to export documents to pdf, it works for a long time, creating the file.  It then asks me to name the file.  When it goes to save it, the error comes up, stating that the file I was exporting to was unavailable,,, make sure it is not in use.    Any ideas??

I agree, QuickBooks interface is nearly useless as is.  Another issue I have is being able to assign Customer/Job info to each receipt.  I can assign "client" info in NeatReceipts but because of the GL export, GL transactions in QuickBooks do not have Customer/Job field!  So, I'm in the same boat...spent a ...
