If you are not going to use the NR software try the Plustek M12 Corporate drivers. Delete the USB Scanner first. They can be downloaded from (www.plustek.com). They have utitilites for the adjustments you are looking for.

I"m not sure why, but I can scan fine with it as just a regular scanner. Anyone else have this problem?
